On secession from National Association of Robotics Market Participants (NAURR)
Our companies entered NAURR with hope for constructive cooperation in order to develop Russian robotics market. However, we faced a low level of Association's activity and therefore initiatives of our colleagues as well as our initiatives were not taken into consideration. NAURR’s activity is reduced to development of Konyukhovskaya Alisa's personal brand (she is the former Executive director (currently Chairman of board of directors)). Constructive work, which the most active members of Association tried to initiate, was sabotaged by Management of NAURR.
After Commission of audit was published in 2020 it became apparent that the Association handles their business out of our standards: random staff searching, inadequate vote counting, regular internal processes bugs, lack of control over information processes, manipulations, authoritarian behavior – we have never witnessed something similarbefore.
In spring 2021 we had a hope for change, when the Executive director announced resignation, but then she took a position of a chairman of board of directors. Lawyer Ms. Mudrova became a new executive director, whose candidature was offered within the concept «Сhairman of board of directors - representative capacity, Executive director - administrational». Ms. Konyukhovskaya registered new entity and now she has access to the Association's data, providing private services similar to services, provided by NAURR.
In our opinion, today the membership of the Association does not reflect the structure of robotics market in Russia: among members there are few big companies, and far more small companies or companies, which only break new ground in this direction. At the same time interests of governing bodies also vary from the interests of the leading companies with a big contribution to the market.
Our companies leave NAURR and all corresponding announcements, addressed to the current Executive director of the Association, have already been sent.
Unfortunately, we have to state that our representatives in the Association wasted too much time, which in fact is not commensurate with the contribution amount. We will be glad to join professional association or will form our own one in order to develop robotics market in Russia, but anyway all of us will continue working on innovative high-tech projects within the territory of Russia.
